This Privacy Policy explains what information NYSuniverse ("we", "us") collects through nyscloud (the "Service") and how we use it.
When you sign up, we collect the email address and workspace subdomain you provide. Our payment provider, Paddle, collects billing and payment details directly — we do not receive or store your card details.
We use this information to provision and operate your workspace, communicate with you about your account, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on the following processors to operate the Service:
Data you enter into your own workspace (customers, invoices, records, etc.) belongs to you. We do not access or use it except to operate the Service, provide support at your request, or comply with legal obligations.
We retain workspace backups for up to 30 days after cancellation to allow for restoration, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information (for example under GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
