These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nyscloud (the "Service"), operated by NYSuniverse ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
nyscloud provides hosted, multi-tenant access to business management software and related applications. Each subscription provisions a dedicated workspace (site) for your organization.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your workspace credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record — Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment collection on our behalf. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or resell access without our written permission.
You own the data you store in your workspace. We do not access, use, or share your business data except as necessary to operate, maintain, or support the Service, or as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for non-payment or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a limited period per our backup retention policy before deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYSuniverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
